Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns as all of the products that I produce are custom made and cannot be resold. If there is an error i.e spelling mistake, then please contact us via email and we will investigate the error.

Please do double check everything is spelt correctly before placing an order.

If a product arrives damaged please email us with photographs of the damage of the product and we will investigate this.​
